Description

During a PMU or microblading procedure, tissue fluid (plasma) seeping from the skin between passes can dilute pigment and interfere with clean color deposition. This solution is applied to the treated area after the first pass to help reduce that fluid seepage, allowing the area to dry before the artist goes back in for a second and third pass to complete solid, even color.

In practice, this means the artist applies the pattern once, applies this solution, lets the area dry, then applies pigment again 2–3 times to build full color saturation without the fluid interference that can cause blotchy or faded results.
